Members in action

Hundreds of wards across the country, and indeed planet, are trying out some (or even all!) of the 75 ideas, and addiong hundreds of their own. (Between them. If one hospital were introducing hundreds of ideas, they’d have to prevent all patient admissions as there’d be no time to work with patients. Unless there was only one patient. But then he’d be really tired from trying out all the hundreds of ideas.)
