8.30am to 4.30pm
Easthampstead Park Conference Centre, Wokingham, Berkshire
The challenge for everyone using and providing secure mental health services is to find effective and meaningful ways of embedding recovery into care pathways.
The second bi-annual Recovery in Secure Services Conference, hosted by Broadmoor Hospital, will explore the following themes: Embedding the recovery approach into learning and development.
How do secure services ensure all staff have an understanding of recovery approaches and incorporate these into routine clinical practice.
Recovery outcome evaluation
How do secure services measure recovery practice and outcomes? How are results used to enhance the patient experience?
How do services demonstrate socially inclusive practice and opportunities within the secure care pathway?
Staff and service performance
In what ways can secure services demonstrate that the principles underpinning a recovery approach are embedded in service design and development and within staff development arrangements?
